Our communication with you is very important to us; that is why we created a new feature allowing you to easily contact us to help resolve issues with the platform, app, or just ask a question.
To open a ticket, just click on your profile picture on the top right side of the screen and choose Submit Ticket.
The Submit Ticket form asks for several details, including:
- Issue Origins which refers to either the dashboard, mobile app iOS or Android), or the API
- Issue Type which refers to a bug, incident, or question.
