Bringg’s public task forms allow you to create an online ordering portal for your customers to place orders and have them sync directly with your Bringg dashboard.
To create a form, go to Settings on your dashboard
Then go to Merchant Configuration->Public Task Forms
From here you can generate a public URL of a simple online ordering form
Orders made through this form automatically create a task in your Bringg dashboard
The forms can be marked as “closed” if, for example, your business is closed for the day. This means people will be unable to make an order using the URL until you set it as “open” again.
If you perform deliveries for different businesses, you can create a unique link for each of them. The order will be created with 2 stops – first the business and then the customer.
In order to do this, you’ll first need to go to the “Customers” tab and create a “customer” for that business with its name and address.
Then, under Public Task Form, select the business name.
Two links will be created – the first is to share with customers so they can place an order. The second is to share with the business so they can track orders that are delivered from them.
