Once the driver presses the “Heading to you” button – that means they have started the task and are heading towards the customer/stop on the route.

The customer will be notified via SMS with a link, enabling them to track the driver coming their way.

If there is more than one stop on the route:

For example:

Stop 1 – restaurant

Stop 2 – customer

The customer will be notified that the delivery is heading their way once the delivery person pressed on “left location” of the restaurant.

In the route scenario, customer #5 will be notified the driver is on the way, only after the driver has left the location of customer #4.

In the scenario that the driver has more than one destination on his or her route, they will see a map with all way points laid out for them, to get a better idea of how the route will go.
