Want to understand why a customer gave the rating they did? Set up Rating Reason to find out.

From Customer App, scroll to “Rating Reason Screen”

Here you can set the trigger for the screen based on how many stars were given. So if a driver got a low score (less than 3 stars), the screen will pop up.

You can create customized fields for them to fill out in order to get a better understanding of why they gave the rating they did.
