Tag tasks for unique customer experiences
We realize that not all tasks are the same, not all customers are the same, and not all use-cases are the same. That is why we are introducing "Tags," which help you easily create unique experiences for different types of tasks.
For example, if you have some customers that are English speaking and others that are French speaking, you can assign different tags to each so they receive SMSs in the correct language.
Creating a tag will enable you to customize the customer experience HTML 5 app (color, logo etc), as well as the SMS messages they will receive.
