ALL THE POWER OF THE DISPATCH PLATFORM, IN AN APP!

We live in a mobile world, always on the go. We’ve spent a lot of time developing a tool that will allow dispatchers to no longer be tied to their desk. Introducing the Bringg Dispatch Mobile App!

From the app, dispatchers will be able to track orders, get updates, and assign orders to drivers.

The app is currently available for Android and iPhone.

More details coming soon!

Bringg is making connections…

making connections: bringg’s zapier integration!

It’s finally here… the moment you’ve all been waiting for. Bringg is now launching an integration with Zapier that will allow you to connect a “trigger” app to Bringg to create an order.

This will work with apps such as Gmail, Slack, Twitter, and more.

Currently, the Zapier integration is invite only, but we’ll be releasing it to the world soon! Stay tuned for more information on this extremely exciting new release.

Let’s get it started in here… with API calls

Start and end driver shifts with APi calls

We strive to make the Bringg platform the most advance and customizable solution possible for managing your deliveries. Once in a while, we are presented with unique use-cases by our customers that prompts us to add new features. This is one of them.

Sometimes drivers forget to end their shifts, or are driving around without having started their shift – this new API call allows dispatchers to control when a driver starts and stops his or her shift, directly from the platform.

To create an API call for starting and ending drivers’ shifts go to your dashboard, scroll to settings and then Webhook/APIs.

To set up the start and end driver shift API requires a high amount of technical knowledge. Please see our developer documentation on Services for more information.
