Dispatchers can now "acknowledge" that tasks were received
For businesses that require dispatchers to manually assign tasks to drivers on-the-go, sometimes newly created tasks can fall through the cracks.
By enabling the new "acknowledge flow" feature (settings->merchant configuration), you can now create a pop up on the dispatch dashboard that alerts the dispatcher that a new task has been created. The dispatcher must "acknowledge" it, or they can hit "remind me later" to get the alert again in a few minutes.
This new feature helps you not only optimize your workflow, but avoid any missed tasks and keep better records.
